Our semi-soft Cumin and Garlic is mild, and delightfully flavoured. Whilst cumin is often used in European cheeses, we have also added garlic to add an extra layer of flavour which works well with the creamy, buttery taste and texture of Havarti. Matured onsite for at least three months, our 4kg wheels are a favourite on a cheeseboard.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.

Serving inspiration: Cut into cubes and add it to a salad or grate onto hot potatoes. As Havarti is a great melting cheese it makes for a delicious cheese toasted sandwich.
Perfect match: Pairs nicely with sweet wines, Pinot Noir or a spiced beer.
