Our cheddar style Cable Bay is a natural rinded, harder cheese, with a lovely deep yellow colour, reminiscent of its namesake, a famous beach in Northland.
A newer addition to our range, but aged for several months, this cheese is quite batch-dependent as we constantly keep tweaking it to perfection. Firm and salty, this delicious cheese is great for a cheeseboard and grates well too.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.
