Our Caraway Seed Havarti is a mild, creamy, semi-soft cheese that has the nostalgic taste of earthy caraway seeds added. Slightly nutty and sweet it goes well with acidic fruits and wines.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.

Serving inspiration: Delicious grated over cooked potatoes (for potato lovers) * Melt under the grill on slices of ciabatta, baguette, or sour dough bread * Share with friends on a cheese board * Grate over hot vegetables (grate whilst still cold from the fridge).
Perfect match: Sauvignon Blanc, or a nice sharp lager or wheat beer.
