This is a fusion of our award winning Camembert, and our Northland Blue cheese. The creaminess of the Camembert combines well with the sharper, sweeter notes of the blue, which is introduced in a thin layer through the centre of the cheese. It is a great introduction to blue cheese, being milder and creamier, or for those who simply enjoy a soft blue.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.

Serving inspiration: A good addition to any cheeseboard. Camembleu pairs well with blueberries, blackcurrents and nuts, especially walnuts. If you want to make it into a dish, it goes superbly with steak.
Perfect match: Pinot Noir, IPA, apple cider or Cognac if you're feeling adventurous.
