Our Hot Chilli Havarti puts a smile on every chilli lover’s face. At first you’ll experience the wonderfully creamy texture and buttery flavour of the cheese itself, then comes the chilli hit – we call this ‘the late chilli bloom’. Fabulous!
Our Havarti is made in 4kg wheels and aged onsite for a minimum of 3 months, and up to a year.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.

Serving inspiration: The perfect nacho cheese or melt over corn chips * Add to a salad * Melt on fish or steak * Grate over hot vegetables or potatoes (grate whilst still cold from the fridge).
Perfect match: Riesling or other sweet wines, wheat beer or a pale ale.
