We created a match made in heaven when we introduced black truffle to our delicious creamy brie. This cheese is full of character and is a treat to savour. The truffle is hand stirred into our award winning brie just before it is hooped, resulting in a beautiful speckled cheese, with well balanced flavours- a bit of a treat! And the name? Well it simply means delicious, or very tasty in Te Reo Maori!
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk. Made using vegetarian rennet.

Perfect match: Champagne, or a rich red (Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir or Syrah) or a hearty strong hoppy bohemian beer, a pilsner, or a weiss.
