Our gold medal-winning Halloumi is less salty and more flavoursome than most other brands. Once cooked, it has a soft, creamy centre encased in a crunchy golden crust. Our delicious Halloumi is a fresh cheese that is designed to be cooked and is best served hot!
Slice into fish-finger sized slices or 20mm cubes and pan fry, grill or BBQ until golden-brown on each side and serve hot. No need to add any oil on a non stick pan, as our halloumi releases its own natural fat while cooking.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.
