Our feta is mouth wateringly good! It is tangy, salty, creamy and slightly crumbly. It is matured in a light brine which preserves it anywhere from one month to a few years.
As with all our cheeses, handmade with aroha and care, on the day of milking, from certified organic cow's milk.

Serving inspiration: Crumble onto pizza (loves to be paired with tomatoes, anchovies, lamb, basil, black olives and artichokes) * Crumble onto a baguette with good olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle with oregano * Use in a traditional Greek salad * Crumble/dice over hot vegetables (potatoes, spinach, beans and lentils) * Use to stuff mushrooms or capsicums * Bake in a leek or spinach quiche or filo pastry pie * Serve with watermelon and mint.
Perfect match: A sparkling or still dry wine, Sauvignon Blanc, or a Blonde beer.
