Serving Suggestions for Parihaka

This semi-hard Italian-style cheese is made from whole milk giving it a creamy mouth feel.  It has an aromatic flavour, with subtle fruity notes and a long finish.

Serving suggestions:

  • Use as a table cheese
  • Melt under the grill on slices of ciabatta, baguette, or sour dough bread
  • Use as an alternative to parmesan (but add salt)
  • Share with friends on a cheese board
  • Grate over pasta, soups and salad
  • Fold into mashed potato
  • Blend into risotto
  • Shave over cooked asparagus
  • Add to a cream sauce

 Storage 1-4°C

Wrap in baking paper and keep in airtight container or cover with clingfilm.
